Claimback

Your flight was late.
The airline owes you.

Claimback checks what really happened to your flight, reads the law that covers it, works out what you're owed, and fills in the airline's claim form. It stops before sending anything, so the final click is yours.

Watch a recorded run: Air India AI162 from London Heathrow to Delhi on 9 September 2026, which reached its gate 3 hours 27 minutes late.

To run a claim live, enter a flight from the last 14 days and the access code.

    Read

    Live facts, two sources

Gate times from FlightAware through Anakin's URL Scraper, cross-checked with AirHelp flight status through Anakin Wire. Then the official EU or UK regulation text, read live.

    Reason

    Decisions you can check

The model works out which laws apply and what's owed, quoting the regulation. Every quote is checked against the page it came from, and every amount against a built-in table.

    Act

    The claim, filled in

It finds the airline's claim form with Anakin Search and fills it in Anakin's recorded cloud browser, with form submission switched off so nothing can be sent. It also writes a claim letter you can send.
